Ideal Candidate:

You should have several years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen. A strong background in various cuisines, modern cooking techniques, and equipment is essential.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, along with proven leadership ability, are required. Experience in menu planning, cost control, and supply ordering is also important.

A creative flair, passion for food, and ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards are crucial. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams are also needed.
