Our client is a contract catering company managing a staff restaurant on the outskirts of Farnborough. The role offers a great work/life balance.
You will prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner following recipe cards, conduct temperature checks, label dates, and complete daily health and hygiene paperwork. You may need to run the service in the absence of the Head Chef and support the development of junior chefs.
Shifts are 8 hours long, with alternating weekends off. Early shifts are from 06:00-14:00, and late shifts are from 13:00-21:00.
