Requirements

The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position, and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable, and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties Will Include

• Ensuring that the preparation and presentation of food are of a high standard and comply with food safety regulations.
• Supervising, training, and motivating the team to achieve the highest standards.
• Actively involved in menu planning, compilation, and ordering, in addition to ensuring that departmental budgets are controlled.
• Ensuring high standards of quality control, handling, and storage of commodities according to current legislation.
• Actively ensuring that dishes are produced to a consistent high standard.
