Qualifications

  • Strong experience cooking Asian cuisine.
  • At least 1 year experience as a Sous Chef.
  • Ability to assist the Head Chef.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Strong experience in cooking Asian cuisine with confidence in utilising a wok
  • Ideally, at least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef in casual or fine dining restaurants
  • As a senior chef, you will assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food
