Hub Box is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer.
As a Sous Chef, you will:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are consistently cooked to specification and meet our quality standards, and that our front-of-house team serves delicious, consistent, and on-spec dishes to our guests.
- Support the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen and deputise in their absence.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Coach, mentor, and train the kitchen team.
- Assist the Head Chef with ordering, stock takes, and gross profit margins.
