Excellent New Junior Sous Chef Opportunity at Popular Country Dining Pub & Restaurant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based near Oakham & Stamford for a Sous Chef to work in their award-winning country dining pub and restaurant.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary to £33k + tips worth £4k
  • 48 hours - 4 day working week - 3 days off
  • 5 weeks holiday - Christmas Day & NYE off
  • 4 nights off per week Sun-Tues + 1 more day
  • Work in a brand new modern kitchen

The Role

  • Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
  • Working in a brand new refurbished kitchen
  • Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant - part of the management team
  • Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels

The Person

  • You will already be a Sous Chef in a restaurant or pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
  • Able to work unsupervised and be a confident communicator
  • Highly motivated and focused with a positive can-do attitude
  • Steady career history
