Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to cook to spec and uphold brand targets across shifts in our UK restaurants. You will support chefs, run a kitchen section and help develop leadership skills.

You will assist with stock control and ordering, ensuring operational efficiency, with strong opportunities for progression, paid qualifications, and access to Wagestream and employee benefits.
