MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a Chef mentor to lead kitchen teams on a full-time basis in the United Kingdom. You will mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members, run a section, and ensure all pre-service preparations are completed to the highest standards.

You will cook to spec, know the menu inside out, and maintain stringent cleanliness and safety standards. The role offers progression opportunities and a supportive environment within Mitchells & Butlers’ brands.
