Job summary

Main duties of the job

Additional responsibilities include preparing appealing and well-balanced modified diets in line with IDDSI guidelines, supervising and directing culinary staff as instructed by the Head Chef, and ensuring safe food handling principles are adhered to for maintaining high hygiene standards in food preparation. Additionally, youll support all culinary team members to fully understand the Avery Food safety management system.
