Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm and dedicated Sous Chef for Priory Court Care Home in Stamford. The role focuses on assisting the Head Chef to lead a culinary team delivering nutritionally balanced, high-quality meals for residents.
You will help create appealing modified diets (IDDSI-compliant), supervise staff, and maintain food safety standards while working within budget. A relevant catering qualification and 1 year of experience are preferred.
