Sous Chef

We are currently seeking a talented Thai Sous Chef to join a restaurant group in London. The ideal candidate will have:

1. A strong background in authentic Thai cuisine from all regions of Thailand.
2. A passion for creating innovative dishes.
3. Experience in menu development, costing, and kitchen operations.
4. Excellent leadership skills and proven experience as a Sous Chef in a Thai restaurant or similar environment.
5. Fluency in Thai is essential.
