The Role
- Assist in running our small brigade alongside the Reflections Head Chef and support in our 3 Rosette AG's Restaurant.

- Work flexible shifts covering lunch and dinner services, including weekends (5 days per week).
- Require quality experience in a fresh food environment.
- Have a passion and drive to contribute to the future success of the kitchen brigade, continuing to develop award-winning dishes.
- Utilize top British suppliers and producers.
- Ability to train, coach, develop, motivate, and enthuse a committed team to deliver excellent standards of food and morale within the hotel kitchen.
- Contribute practical, costed, and exciting dishes for our menu.
- Achieve 2/3 Rosette quality food while managing GP, stock, and wastage effectively.
- Assist and support the Head Chef with menu planning and composition.
- Promote effective teamwork and communication among colleagues in all departments.
- Carry out daily cleaning duties within the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef, following a ‘clean as you go’ policy.
- Ensure compliance with in-house HACCP, food hygiene, health, and safety systems.
Requirements
- Work 5 shifts per week, totaling 45 hours.
- Ideal candidates will have 2 years of previous experience at Snr Chef de Partie level or above in a 2 Rosette restaurant or 4/5* hotel. Exposure to 3 Rosette standards is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate consistent quality dishes in a working trial.
- Management experience to assist in maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
- Drive and ability to develop junior staff and ensure high food standards.
- Team player with a desire to contribute to the team’s success.
- Excellent attention to detail, eager to learn and progress.
- Passion and flair for British produce.
