Looking for an experienced Sous Chef for our Italian restaurant Osteria Napoletana in Notting Hill. You will work alongside Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations, including supervising staff and ensuring adherence to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Aid in menu preparation and planning in collaboration with the Head Chef.
  • Ensure food quality and freshness, monitor ordering and stocking levels.
  • Maintain meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.

  • Excellent culinary skills: strong knowledge of cooking techniques, cuisines, and food presentation.

Salary and Employment

Salary £40K per year plus bonus scheme. Full-time position. Starting time: Immediate start. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Schedule: Monday to Sunday with 2 days off.
