Our client is a prestigious hotel in Central London, with great transport links, generous company benefits, and a supportive leadership team that values your growth and input.

As Sous Chef, you will work as part of a large, talented kitchen team that caters for approximately 400-500 covers at breakfast, afternoon tea for approximately 50 covers, the staff canteen which caters for approximately 100 covers per day, as well as lunch and dinner operations in the main restaurant. The hotel also has the capability to cater for private dining of up to 40 covers.

Please note, staff live in accommodation is not available with this role therefore, applicants should only apply for this role if they are able to commute to Central London on a daily basis.

You will mentor and develop chefs of all levels, supporting their growth and progression whilst ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance across the department are maintained at all times.

The ideal Sous Chef will have previous hotel experience.
