What you’ll be doing as a Sous Chef

• Be hands‑on, working across different sections during busy service periods.

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment.
• A passion for sustainability, seasonality, and a keen eye for detail and presentation.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• The ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results during busy service.
• A team player who can guide and lead junior team members with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• A desire to learn and progress within the industry.
• Flexible approach to work.
