Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef.
• Ability to support the Head Chef in kitchen operations.
• Capability to lead and develop the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Help create specials menu and lead kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Base pay range

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join us at The Beech House in Amersham

• You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef previously and be ready for your next challenge!
• You will be passionate about food, have impeccable standards and a great team spirit
• You are ready to support the Head Chef with the running of the Kitchen
• You are ready to assist the Head Chef with leading and developing the team
• You are ready to assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the creation of the specials menu
