A leading educational institution in Burton on the Wolds is seeking a Sous Chef to supervise meal preparation and service while assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering for large numbers and excellent customer service skills. This role offers a 37-hour work week with a variety of benefits including generous leave allowance and competitive pension schemes.
We require a Sous Chef to work in our campus kitchens providing a catering service for students and visitors. Within this position you will be responsible for the supervision, preparation and service of meals and will assist the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience of catering for large numbers, managing staff and possess excellent customer service and team working skills.
The position currently available is for 37 hours per week, on a 52 week (5 over 7), open ended contract.
