Search Consultancy is recruiting for a Senior Sous and Sous Chef for a well established gastropub in Sussex, renowned for outstanding food, friendly atmosphere, and a commitment to fresh seasonal ingredients.

Join a close knit brigade of eight chefs, enjoy a 4.5 day week, weekly pay and a competitive total package of £45,000–£50,000, plus an additional service charge. There are genuine progression opportunities and a supportive management team in a vibrant kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
• A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, high quality ingredients

Due to continued success, they are now looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Sous and Sous Chef to join their experienced brigade of 8 chefs.
