Role Overview

Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team to work with passionate people and locally sourced produce to deliver high-quality food. As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring procedures are followed, and specifications are met. You will also help adapt our menu to meet business and guest needs.
