Job Description:
The Sous Chef will work alongside line chefs to ensure each dish meets our high standards. This role is a leadership position but remains hands-on, ideal for someone who loves cooking and wants to develop their leadership skills.
With a large kitchen team, you can focus on specific aspects of the role: when on your section, concentrate on food quality and training; when on Pass, lead the team through excellent service.
