High volume branded sous chef needed for a stunning hotel with 5 restaurants and 3 gold courses, this icon venue just west of Birmingham has a very popular clubhouse restaurant which offers all day dining and up to 500 covers per day with a large team.

We are looking for a really strong sous chef that can deputise for the head chef in their absence and lead a big team through service and maintain high standards.
