Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will support kitchen operations, lead by example in food production and mentor our culinary staff in a dynamic hotel setting.

You will deputise for the Jr Head Chef when needed and contribute to successful meetings and events offerings, while maintaining high quality and consistency across all dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in hotels or similar environments.
• Unrelenting focus on quality.
• Qualification in culinary arts or similar is desired but not essential.
• Personal desire to be developed and to learn in your role.
• Ability to support the successful operations of the kitchen and to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen operations for the hotel.
• Lead by example in excellent food production.
• Mentor our skilled culinary staff.
• Occasionally deputise for the Jr Head Chef.
• Play a key role in meetings and events offerings.

Your Job

• Support the kitchen operations for the hotel.

What You’ll Need:
