Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and lead by example in high-quality food production within our hotel. You will mentor our culinary team and occasionally deputise for the Jr Head Chef to ensure seamless service for meetings and events.

Experience in hotel kitchens is preferred, with a focus on quality and teamwork. This role offers internal development opportunities through the Dalata Academy and a collaborative, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in hotels or similar.
• Ability to maintain high-quality food production.

Your Job

• Support the kitchen operations for the hotel.
• Lead by example in excellent food production.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience as a chef in hotels or similar.
• Unrelenting focus on quality.
• Qualification in culinary arts or similar is desired but not essential.
• A personal desire to be developed and to learn in your role.
• Ability to support the successful operations of the kitchen.
• Ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
