As a Sous Chef for Village Hotels, we are looking for hands-on, passionate individuals to assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of our busy kitchen operation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering a brand-led menu, maintaining high food standards, and managing food and payroll costs. They should also have a friendly, positive attitude towards work, be capable of guiding the team, and stay calm under pressure.
Our P&G menus offer a wide range of dishes, from our famous stacked burgers and sticky wings to health & wellness bowls. We change our menus throughout the year to keep them fresh and exciting, ensuring there's never a dull moment. The volume of prep needed in our busy hotel kitchen will be a challenge for the successful candidate.
