What you will do:
The Sous Chef is responsible for providing an excellent experience for both our team and guests. You will be passionate about our food and support the entire management team across the restaurant. Your goal is to ensure a happy team and satisfied guests, fostering this mindset throughout the team. You will manage shifts effectively, engaging with staff and guests, and ensuring only the best food is served. You will develop the team to Super Squad status and understand all aspects of the business. You are comfortable in all kitchen sections, including fish cutting, rice cooking, sushi rolling, and daily kitchen preparations. You will continually seek to improve the food quality while maintaining a safe kitchen and restaurant environment for your team and guests.
