Job description

Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Location: Stafford/Hybrid

Type: Contract - 8 Months

Salary: Circa £25P/H DOE Umbrella

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all active suppliers are approved and compliant through Supplier Connect / Complyworks.
2. Enforce supplier strategy and sourcing policies, including supplier panel management and optimization.
3. Lead negotiations and allocate requirements to appropriate suppliers.
4. Support budget planning and contribute to sourcing deflation and payment targets.
5. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure optimal agreements.
6. Manage commercial sourcing activities, including data analysis and negotiation support.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3 years' work experience with technical depth/knowledge in assigned commodities, or 3 years of Commercial Sourcing, Supply Chain or Engineering experience.
