Role Description
We have an excellent opportunity to join the Procurement team as a Sourcing Manager. The purpose of this role is to work at a strategic level with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimise the value delivered from the company's third-party relationships for the supply of goods and services. Key measures are the achievement of cost optimisation, risk management and other sources of added value, with a specific emphasis on introducing and developing innovative solutions from the supply market.
The remit of this role will include contributing to the delivery of the category strategy for the HR category including Talent Acquisition, Contingent labour, L&D, Benefits and Pensions. As part of the Procurement leadership team, this role will lead a team of Sourcing Managers and Buyers across the category (ies) under management and be responsible for efficiently and effectively executing the category strategy through tendering and contract review processes.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £50,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
