Do you have extensive Procurement experience, having worked as a Purchasing Manager or similar role with a proven track record of success and broad experience in a medium to large organisation?

We are recruiting for a Sourcing Manager to join our team in Swindon on a Part-Time basis, 3 days a week.

In this new role, you will be the main point of contact for all internal procurement engagement requests, including direct and indirect spend. Industry experience similar to trucking is advantageous but not necessary.

You will be required to report on multiple KPIs and provide training on procurement processes and systems to internal stakeholders. No managerial responsibilities are required as the team is small, but extensive experience is essential. Candidates should be CIPS qualified or degree educated, with experience using SAP/ERP systems.

We seek someone capable of building strong, lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You should be adaptable and willing to work collaboratively, especially as we engage and educate managers about effective procurement partnerships.
