Your Mission?
- Keep the supply chain moving by setting up suppliers, managing pricing, and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Own and maintain ethical sourcing intake – ensuring every supplier meets the highest standards.
- Work cross-functionally across finance, legal, procurement, and commercial teams to streamline processes.
- Dive into data, providing insights and reporting that drive smarter sourcing decisions.
- Juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines – because you love a challenge!
Who You Are:
- Analytically minded – you can crunch numbers, analyze trends, and pull insights from complex datasets.
- A strong communicator – whether it's suppliers, finance teams, or legal, you know how to get your message across.
- Tech-savvy – you’re confident using Excel, Oracle, BI Apps, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-obsessed – nothing slips through the cracks under your watch.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- A solid understanding of contract law, supplier negotiations, and cost modeling.
- The ability to influence and lead conversations with suppliers and internal teams.
Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in London
