Full time, London, United Kingdom(Monday & Friday, work from home, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday work from the Apple Offices in London - Battersea Power Station)

Are you passionate about television and film? Ready for exciting challenges in a team-oriented environment? Join us as a Sourcing Coordinator - Meetings & Event Venues for our Apple Entertainment Account. You'll expertly handle travel requests via various channels.

Your role? A pivotal one. You'll oversee accommodations for employees, crew, talent, and executives. Bridge global hotels to our clients, recommend perfect fits, negotiate rates, manage contracts, and ensure guest comfort. Events vary from 10 to 200+ guests, demanding meticulous attention, adaptability, and privacy commitment. An extraordinary backstage pass to the entertainment world awaits.The Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for consulting clients and will act as the Subject Matter Expert.

As aSourcing Coordinator, you will

  • Work with the client to understand the meeting goals and objectives, the sleeping room, and space requirements. Be consultative in your approach.
  • Make recommendations based on supplier relationships, budget, location, availability, goals, and objectives.
  • Distribute, monitor, and analyze supplier Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for client meeting needs.
  • Negotiate contracts for the best possible prices and concessions to meet savings expectations on meeting spend.
  • Source preferred ground transportation providers and provide proposals to the group.
  • Manage amendments and cancellation requests efficiently.
  • Keep abreast of new destination options, well-priced seasonal destination options, and “hot date” offerings.
  • Enter and update contracted details and negotiated savings in our software system
  • Monitor hotel penalties for rebooking opportunities.
  • Adhere to client compliance and performanceSLAs.

About you

  • Strong customer service skills and a general knowledge of the entertainment and celebrity environment
  • The drive to keep up in a very fast-paced environment with theability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Networking skills and can build relationships with vendors
  • International experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows platform
