The Opportunity

Looking to play a key role in building a more sustainable construction industry? Join us as a Sourcing & Sales Manager and play a key part in advancing circular construction solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, purpose-driven team at the heart of circular construction. You’ll help ensure a consistent supply of reclaimed materials, while identifying commercial opportunities to sell across internal and external markets.

With a hybrid model that includes site visits and flexible working, this is a hands-on role that combines commercial thinking, supplier management, and sustainable impact.

  • In this role, you’ll take the lead on sourcing reclaimed CDM materials, making sure we meet demand with a strong focus on quality, value, and sustainability.

  • You’ll build and manage relationships with suppliers and customers, keeping close to the market and sharing insights on trends and opportunities.

  • We’ll look to you to support both the commercial and operational side of the CDM lifecycle – helping to drive performance while ensuring materials and suppliers stay compliant through regular audits, sampling, and site checks.

  • You’ll also work closely with teams across the business – from Operations to Technical – to support product development and innovation.

  • You’ll analyse performance, manage forecasts and budgets, and ensure we’ve got accurate data to support planning and decision-making.

  • You enjoy building strong working relationships and are confident in managing suppliers, analysing data, and identifying better ways of doing things.

  • You’re passionate about sustainability, and excited to work with materials that support a circular economy.

  • You know how to collaborate across functions, bring people with you, and influence without needing authority.
