Source to Pay Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: Remote

Contract: 12 months initially

Experienced Source to Pay SME needed to join procurement and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP S4 Hana & ECC, Ariba Guided Buying, and VIM, with a strong technology-functional background. Proven experience in deploying SAP S4 Hana from a business perspective is essential. This role supports the Solventum deployment of SAP S4 Hana.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP S4 & ECC Expertise: Provide support for SAP S4 Hana and ECC systems, oversee integration and optimization within source to pay processes, troubleshoot issues related to SAP S4 Hana implementations.
• Technology-Functional Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, develop and implement solutions, conduct system configurations, customizations, and enhancements.

Deployment of SAP S4 Hana:

• Support end-to-end deployment, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, procurement).
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements.

Skills:

• Proven experience in deploying SAP procurement systems and SAP S4 Hana from a business perspective.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• SAP S4 Hana or ECC certification.
