We are looking for a Workday Procure to Pay and Strategic Sourcing Consultant to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

1. Lead and participate in all Workday Procure to Pay and/or Strategic Sourcing implementation lifecycle phases, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into Workday configuration, and provide advice on best practices.
3. Configure Workday modules to meet business requirements related to Procure to Pay and or Strategic sourcing processes.
4. Identify strategies, risks, and options and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, IT, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of Procurement and Strategic sourcing processes with other modules and systems.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and capabilities.
7. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
8. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture Workday Methodology.
9. Provide Project Leadership with status updates and keep them apprised of the overall project status.
10. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
11. Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

Ideally you will have a strong finance background and a demonstrable track record on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, owning and driving the Workday agenda. You are self-motivated and solution oriented and experience in managing and communicating with a variety of stakeholders. You are results-oriented and able to sell your ideas with a reasoned and evidence-based approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Workday Financials Certification in Procure to Pay and/or Strategic Sourcing. Additional Workday Certifications are considered an advantage.
2. Strong finance transformation track record.
3. Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations.
4. Strong understanding of Procure to Pay and Strategic Sourcing processes and best practices.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed.
7. Able to efficiently manage a virtual team and client interaction.
8. Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment.
9. Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands.
11. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
12. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
13. Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences.

The following qualifications are considered an advantage during the application process:

1. Fluency in English or another language.
2. Additional Workday certifications such as Adaptive Planning, Prism, Accounting Centre, etc.
