Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Air Tightness Tester to join our growing Building Compliance team in the UK. The role involves carrying out air tightness testing on residential and commercial developments, producing reports, and advising clients on remedial works across the country.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years' experience carrying out air tightness testing.
• ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations relating to air tightness testing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the confidence to work independently.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than three penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Air Tightness (Part L) testing on residential and commercial developments.
• Produce accurate reports and certification within agreed timescales.
• Provide practical advice to clients where remedial works may be required.
• Survey buildings to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations.
• Manage your own workload while travelling to sites across the UK.
• Represent the business professionally while delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
