Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a hands-on Sound Engineer to design, set up and operate professional audio systems across live, virtual and hybrid events for a major UK events company.

You will work autonomously on flagship projects, with opportunities for progression, training and healthcare benefits; the role is based in Manchester and requires a 45-hour week.

Are you a Sound Engineer or similar looking to become the go to technical expert within one of the largest Events companies in the UK?

Are you looking for a highly autonomous role working on some of the nations most watched live events, including boxing events and celebrity weddings?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected live events organisation delivering innovative lighting production across corporate events, arena productions and hybrid experiences as they more than double their headcount in the last 5 years. In this hands-on role, you will design, set up and operate professional lighting systems across a wide range of events while collaborating with project managers, creatives and clients to deliver outstanding technical and visual results. Working on some of the most exciting projects in the area, including partnerships Hilton Hotels and the Co-Op Live Arena.

This role would suit an Sound Engineer with experience working within Live or Corporate Events looking to join an industry leading company.
