Job Title: Obstetrics Sonographer

Location: North East - England

Rate: £60 per hour

Hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible scheduling available)

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Obstetrics Sonographers to join a dynamic imaging team in Lincolnshire. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, delivering high-quality ultrasound services in obstetrics and gynaecology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of obstetric ultrasound scans, including early pregnancy, anomaly, growth, and third-trimester assessments.
  • Conduct gynaecological and general medical ultrasound examinations as required.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with DQUASS and IR(ME)R 2017 standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care pathways.
  • Maintain up-to-date CPD and e-learning in obstetric imaging.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound.
  • Current compliance with DQUASS and relevant professional standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
  • Competitive hourly rate of £60.
  • Access to CPD funding and revalidation support.
