Job summary

Hologic is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to train clinicians on Sonata, covering Lancashire through Yorkshire and the North East. You will train gynaecologists, nurses and theatre teams, deliver hands-on procedural support, and collaborate with Sales and Service colleagues to maximise utilisation and improve patient outcomes.

• Clinical applications support or training experience in healthcare settings.
• Strong ability to translate clinical and technical information clearly.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Lancashire and the North East of England.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical and applications expert for Sonata across North England.
• Deliver high-quality training and education for gynecology teams and theatres.
• Support product installations, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Provide hands-on procedural support during live Sonata cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Field Service and Customer Service teams.
• Identify opportunities to increase utilisation and strengthen customer relationships.
• Gather customer feedback and competitive insights for growth and innovation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
