What Will You Be Doing as a Sommelier?

As our Sommelier, you’ll take the lead in curating and delivering an exceptional wine experience that enhances every guest’s visit. From developing a standout wine list to training the team, building supplier relationships, and contributing to overall restaurant performance, your role will be central to creating memorable moments at the table. What Do You Need?

• Proven experience as a Sommelier or in a senior wine-focused role in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong understanding of global wine regions, varietals, and trends.
• WSET Level 3 or equivalent certification (Level 2 minimum).
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
