Your superstar qualities will include:

Experience in busy, high-profile restaurants or establishments.
Genuine passion for both the hospitality industry and wine industry.
Good knowledge about wines and trends across the world; WSET certification is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and ability to confidently recommend wines to our guests.
Knowledge about food and wine pairings, as well as other beverages (beers, cocktails, and spirits).
Responsibility and good judgement when serving alcohol.
Qualities of an all-round team player and ability to support your colleagues.
Experience in stock counts and placing orders.
