Aqua Restaurant Group is seeking a passionate Sommelier to guide guests through wine selections across its venues in London. You will curate our wine list and share expert recommendations to elevate dining experiences.

Based at Aqua Shard, you will collaborate with the team, participate in ongoing training, and enjoy generous staff perks including venue discounts and wellbeing initiatives. Eligible to live and work in the UK.

As our Sommelier, you will share your wine expertise to guide our guests through the culinary experience of our restaurants.

Aqua Shard brings the essence of modern London with inventive, British cuisine and carefully crafted cocktails to Level 31 of The Shard.

We serve lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch against a backdrop of stunning panoramic views of London.

Your day at Aqua:

• Wine expert & guide: You will be the go-to person for all things wine, helping choose the perfect bottle or glass to complement guests’ meal and elevate their dining experience
• Curate our wine selection: You will oversee our wine list, showcasing a diverse range of top-quality wines that reflect our menu and delight your customers

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.81 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
