Job summary

Hawksmoor Spitalfields is seeking an experienced Sommelier to lead wine service across the restaurant floor, pairing dishes with the wine list and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will train front-of-house staff, support the Wine Manager in developing the programme, and manage stock, cellar organisation and records, while upholding Hawksmoor's hospitality standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Experienced as a Sommelier or Senior Waiter with strong wine knowledge.
• Confident, engaging and passionate about helping guests discover new wines.
• Qualified to WSET Level 2 (or equivalent experience), with Level 3 a bonus.
• Calm, organised and professional under pressure.
• A team player who embodies Hawksmoor’s values and culture.
