The Team

The Applied Technology team develops technology solutions for NRF’s clients and is integral to NRF Transform. Our team of developers, business analysts, and consultants collaborates closely with clients and internal teams, such as Legal Operations Consulting, to solve complex legal and business challenges.

The Role

We seek a friendly, approachable, and experienced Solutions Support Analyst to support our tailored client solutions. Our development team operates in both product development and consulting capacities, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with consultants, solution architects, developers, project managers, and product managers to address client challenges using suitable technology
  • Quickly learn and develop skills to support client solutions built on Microsoft platforms
  • Communicate effectively on technical topics within the team
  • Support Microsoft solutions throughout the development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, access management, and security updates
  • Follow technical best practices to ensure high-quality client solutions
  • Enhance processes through continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation on solutions and processes
  • Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and industry trends relevant to clients and legal services
  • Participate in team initiatives, social events, and special projects

Technologies

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
  • Azure Services (including Entra ID, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Security)
  • Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Copilot, and other 365 applications

Skills and Experience

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Entra ID, and Azure services
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Some coding knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Microsoft certifications in Azure and Power Platform are desirable
  • Systematic thinking and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Commitment to quality and client focus
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Good judgment in sensitive situations
