Job summary

WPP Media in London seeks an experienced Solutions Project Manager to structure and govern complex data and technology delivery. You will align milestones, resources and decisions across Data Excellence, Data Engineering, BI, measurement, and product with external partners.

This role sits at the OpenDoor centre, reporting into the VP Excellence & Engineering, delivering client-focused outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technical, data or digital projects in a matrixed organisation.
• Experience building integrated multi-discipline delivery plans across markets.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with governance, RAID logs, change control and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate scope into end-to-end delivery plans covering discovery to closure.
• Manage cross-discipline dependencies and milestones across Data and Tech teams.
• Confirm objectives and acceptance criteria with solution owners; ensure traceability.
• Establish governance with kick-offs, RAID, decision logs, status reports.
• Identify skills and resource needs; flag capacity conflicts early.
• Create clear communication structures for milestones, risks, decisions.
• Foster collaboration among data, engineering, BI, measurement, product and clients.
• Assess risks, drive mitigation, and evaluate change impact on scope and time.
• Coordinate QA, UAT, documentation, training and production readiness.
• Provide concise reporting on milestones, forecasts and actions.
• Review delivery performance and improve templates for consistency.
