You will collaborate with engineering and IT teams, manage stakeholder relationships, identify risks, and contribute to bids and proposals while driving ongoing technical improvements.

Qualifications

• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating best practices to enhance solution capabilities.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and technical documentation to senior management and clients.
• Support business development by contributing technical expertise to bids and proposals.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solutions Manager to join our team in Colchester. Qualifications and experience

• Proven experience in a solutions management or similar role within the engineering or IT sectors.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
• Professional certifications in project management or relevant technical fields would be advantageous.
