Job summary

Vitesse PSP Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Manager to support the implementation and integration of third-party insurance systems into the Vitesse ecosystem.

You will collaborate with clients, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure efficient and successful integrations across claims platforms. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in implementation or onboarding roles, strong API familiarity, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in an implementation, onboarding or client delivery role.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations, system connectivity concepts and software implementation methodologies.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, adaptable approach and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborative mindset with ownership of tasks and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation projects for insurance clients integrating with the Vitesse platform.
• Work with clients, third-party technology providers and implementation partners to understand business processes and integration requirements.
• Gather requirements, document processes and map client needs to Vitesse products and capabilities.
• Assist with onboarding of insurance claims platforms and related systems into the Vitesse ecosystem.
• Coordinate implementation activities across internal and client teams to keep milestones on track.
• Develop high-level implementation plans with responsibilities, deliverables and success criteria.
• Maintain implementation documentation and project artefacts, including risk and issue logs and status reporting.
• Understand payment presentation methods (APIs, batch processing, connectivity solutions).
• Support RESTful API integrations, authentication, payload mapping, webhooks, testing and troubleshooting.
• Support clients through testing, UAT, onboarding and go-live, resolving issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve delivery processes and product enhancements.
• Transition implemented clients to Customer Success with a smooth handover.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates and best practices for implementations.
• Develop understanding of the insurance ecosystem and client operating environments.
