BrightHR is launching a new agency model looking for hands-on, ambitious people who are ready to make a long-term commitment to our business. As a BrightHR Solutions Expert and Regional Owner, with the backing of BrightHR from marketing, systems and operational support you’ll be able to build your own agency being responsible for driving market penetration in your region. With extensive brand recognition and respect you can build your own business selling BrightHR solutions to small and medium-sized businesses making you the go-to expert for your jurisdiction.

You’ll be equipped with full training and support services, extensive marketing resources and system access mapped to your location. Together, you will be given the tools and resources to build a successful business that will be both career and financially rewarding.

As a business owner of BrightHR you will be backed by an organisation that has private funding, highly profitable and proven track record of growth in any economic backdrop.
