What will the Presales Engineer in the United Kingdom do:

You will be a part of the UK Sales team and will support the sales cycle. You will work directly with assigned locations, addressing customers' technical questions, providing technical support, and ensuring all needs are met. You will attend meetings and present directly to end users and partners to explain products in depth. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with channel partners and customers, acting as a bridge between them and the SOCRadar team to solve problems by engaging all points of the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform product trainings on the SOCRadar platform to educate customers/partners about the services.
  • Address technical questions from customers and channel partners, offer best practices, and manage the POC process.
  • Work closely with Account Managers (AMs) and Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to resolve customer issues.
  • Conduct POC Q&A sessions.
  • Research assigned countries/locations and prepare use-case documents about critical incidents in those regions.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Analyze customer incidents to assist CAMs and partners in advising customers on additional services they might need.
  • Prepare POV (Need Analysis reports) together with CAMs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in presales or a technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of leading presales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client engagement.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
