An opportunity has arisen to work with a globally scaling B2B, B2C SaaS in the Travel industry.
They are currently generating £6 million annually with the goal to hit £2.5 billion and ambitions to go through an IPO.
The product offers treatments, taxi services, dinner vouchers, and is a full-rounded fintech service embedded in 15 international airports.
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Solutions Engineer to join our team, someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer success. In this role, you’ll be the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating their business challenges into innovative, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with client goals.
Your day-to-day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, communicating complex technical concepts clearly, and helping define solution roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll be instrumental in designing technical architectures, ensuring security and scalability, and aligning execution with strategic objectives. Your ability to identify bespoke and generic requirements will be key to crafting tailored solutions that deliver value.
Beyond technical expertise, we’re looking for someone who can lead projects confidently, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure quality. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to meet deliverables, track KPIs, and improve approaches based on client feedback. The role also involves supporting sales, conducting demos, workshops, and shaping proposals to meet client needs.
Requirements include a degree in Computing, Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in technology or product management. Strong background in systems architecture, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is also required.
The successful Solutions Engineer can earn up to £70k, with 26 days holiday, pension contributions, unlimited memberships, and an electric vehicle scheme.
