Job summary

Loop is seeking an experienced tech operations professional to support onboarding and data migration for Shopify merchants. You will engage with CTO-level clients, advise on solution architecture, and ensure smooth implementation using Loop’s APIs and portal.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5 years in similar roles, strong JS/CSS/HTML with Python, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in tech operations or a related role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales solutioning: Attending sales conversations with technical leadership and advising on solutions using Loop APIs/portal/ CSS/ JS.
• Client onboarding: Collaborate with onboarding specialists to understand requirements and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Data migration: Own migration infrastructure to move data from previous platforms without loss.
• Technical support: Provide timely technical support during onboarding.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, migrations and troubleshooting.
• Quality assurance: Conduct thorough testing to prevent escalations after onboarding.
• Shopify expertise: Use Shopify knowledge to implement custom requirements as requested.
