Solutions Engineer - SaaS - Graduate Considered

A unique opportunity for a Solutions Engineer or a top STEM Graduate to work as a Solutions Engineer within a software house based in London, supporting pre-sales demonstrations and onboarding of new clients. This role is within a rapidly growing, successful software company with abundant progression opportunities. It is ideal for a Graduate eager to work in a highly communicative tech career or a Solution Engineering professional seeking career advancement.

Location – London, UK - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Salary – Up to £60,000 OTE (£30,000 - £40,000 basic + up to £20,000 bonus) per annum + benefits

Requirements for Solutions Engineer - Graduate Considered:

• Experience as a Solutions Engineer in a SaaS company is preferred; however, strong communication, technical skills, and programming ability are encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic background with a 2.1 or 1st class degree and at least ABB at A Level (or international equivalent).
• Technical & programming knowledge in JavaScript, Python, Cloud technologies.
• Commercial awareness.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, in-person or remote.
• Keen interest in understanding customer challenges.
• Passion for technology, with the ability to quickly learn technical information.
• Completed internships or summer roles in customer-facing tech positions as a Graduate.

Responsibilities for Solutions Engineer - Graduate Considered:

• Evaluate customer use cases and integration requirements, providing tailored guidance and identifying improvements.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing API documentation, reference architectures, and technical resources.
• Act as a technical authority on the platform, supporting the sales team in demonstrating integration solutions.
• Design reusable toolkits, APIs, SDKs, and enablement materials to enhance developer experience.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams for seamless technical integration.
• Coordinate with Support and Technical Operations to resolve technical issues.
• Gather and analyze developer feedback to improve workflows, tools, and documentation.
